Returns

You can return an unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

What we can take back

Unopened, undamaged, with any seal intact. Food safety rules mean we cannot resell an opened pantry item, so we cannot accept one back.

If we got it wrong

Wrong item, damaged in transit, or arrived past its date — we cover return postage and send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

If you changed your mind

Return postage is yours; the item price is refunded in full.

How to start one

Message us through the contact form with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving.
