Terms of sale

These terms cover purchases from World Larder, operated by Exact Sales LLC, a company registered in the United States.

Prices and currency

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. Shipping is shown before you pay.

When an order is accepted

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the order is dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an item we will refund it in full rather than substitute it.

Availability

Stock and prices change. If a price is listed in error we will tell you before charging and let you cancel.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
